The new great enemy of the Avengers is an iconic Marvel villain who could be an even bigger villain than Thanos in the upcoming movies. At least, if some of his terrible deeds are adapted. Even if they don’t quite fit with Disney.

What makes him so sinister? Victor von Doom first appeared in 1962 in the comic Fantastic Four No. 5
