New skills are coming for seven classes in the action MMORPG TERA. We will tell you who gets new skills and how to obtain them.
Next month, in April 2018, a total of seven classes from TERA will receive new skills. The update will introduce the “Awakening” of the corresponding classes.
What needs to be done for the Awakening in TERA?
To perform the Awakening and unlock the new skills, a series of prerequisites must be met.
- You must belong to the corresponding class. Awakening skills are only available for the following classes:
- Lancer
- Berserker
- Destroyer
- Warrior
- Stormfist
- Priest
- Mystic
- The character must have reached level 65.
- The item level of the character must be 439 (or higher).
If all prerequisites are met, a quest will automatically start, leading you to Braga in the Heights Watch. You can then participate in the Velika festival and experience the story that leads to your Awakening.
Gigantic shields and cute summons
Mystics can perform a “Royal Summon,” allowing them to call forth a king of the serfs. He not only looks cute but also inflicts high damage on all monsters in the vicinity!
Lancers, on the other hand, seem to have picked up a little trick from a certain Reinhardt, as they receive a massive barrier with Shield Wall Construction. The shield reflects melee attacks and pushes back opponents.
The patch will also make additional adjustments to the seven classes mentioned above, so that the gameplay better harmonizes with the new Awakening skills. You can see all Awakening skills here at Gameforge.
