In the MMO shooter Destiny , additional information about the April update has been released: they showcase legendary weapons and armor sets.
On the night from Thursday to Friday, there was a “This Week at Bungie”, which revolved around Wednesday’s stream. They presented the rewards for the April update, which is set to come on April 12.
They made a slight mistake during the livestream and have to correct it. The legendary weapons from Year 1 that will be coming back will NOT come from legendary engrams, as previously stated, but from Vanguard and Crucible reward packages. Players who reach a new level with the quartermasters will have a chance to receive one of the legendary weapons up to 330 light.
Additionally, they have increased reputation gain in Strikes, the Crucible, and the Prison of Elders.
The following “classic” legendary weapons are returning to Destiny in Year 2
These are the weapons that will make the transition from Year 1 to Year 2 – it’s important to note that they must be found “new”, players will not be able to simply infuse Year 1 versions of the weapons up to 335. Again: They are available from Crucible and Vanguard reward packages up to attack value 330.

Here are some mixed information regarding the April update in Destiny:
- Additionally, there will be a new emblem for the Trials of Osiris – but that will take some time.
- The 1:1 infusion also applies to Exotics.
- Variks will no longer sell shaders and ships from Year 1; instead, they will be included in his reputation packages.
Here’s what the 5 new armor sets in Destiny look like
Bungie has revealed “pictures” of the 5 new armor sets, which will be available with the April update on April 12.
The armor pieces from the three reputation factions will be available from the respective faction’s reward packages upon reputation ranks.
