Vessel of Hatred Metacritic – What the Reviews Say
What is well received? The overall picture of Diablo 4 is particularly praised, and many agree that it was good to listen to the community. It has been polished for so long that the game has become what it should have been at release.
The Spiritborn is a refreshing addition, as the class is varied and many testers at Metacritic find it enjoyable.
Nahantu, the location of the campaign, brings life to Sanctuary and offers players materials to explore or hunt. The atmosphere is well captured, and the appearance of the surroundings harmonizes.
What is poorly received? The story itself is criticized by some voices. It is not captivating enough.
Regarding the major updates for Diablo 4, these are not through the expansion but through free updates at the release of Vessel of Hatred. Therefore, the expansion offers little new content for the price, aside from the enjoyable new class, the new destination, and the new quests in Nahantu.
Lastly, technical issues on some platforms are mentioned, which can affect the gaming experience.
