On Twitch, you can unlock cool items for Diablo 4 in the coming weeks to celebrate the launch of Vessel of Hatred. Starting now, the first cosmetics are available to earn. What you need to do for that is explained here on MeinMMO.
What are these drops? For the release of Vessel of Hatred, the first expansion of Diablo 4, there will be free loot available in the next 4 weeks that you can unlock on Twitch. Each week, there are specific cosmetics for the different classes in the game. You do not need to own the expansion for this.
What do I need to do for the drops? To receive the free drops, you simply need to watch a streamer who is streaming in the Diablo 4 category for a certain amount of time. It doesn’t matter if you’re watching on PC or in the Twitch app on your smartphone. How long you need to watch in total is listed in our overview.
How long can I claim the drops? The campaign started on October 8 at 7 PM and will run until November 5, 2024. However, the rewards change every week, so you always have a week to claim the drops for specific classes.
Furthermore, during the entire period, there is the possibility of obtaining a mount and a mount armor. However, you will need to spend money for that.
Free Twitch Drops for Five Classes
Week 1 – Necromancer & Sorcerer
Which drops will I receive? In the first week, there are four rewards available:
- For watching a Diablo 4 stream with drops for 3 hours, you will receive:
- cosmetic two-handed staff “Word of the Ringmaster” (Sorcerer)
- cosmetic scythe (Necromancer)
- For watching a Diablo 4 stream with drops for 6 hours, you will receive:
- back trophy “Disguise of the Grand Vizier” (Sorcerer)
- back trophy “Disguise of the Tomb Guardian” (Necromancer)
Period: October 8, 7:00 PM to October 15, 6:59 PM
Week 2 – Barbarian
In the second week, there are two rewards available:
- For watching a Diablo 4 stream with drops for 3 hours, you will receive:
- cosmetic two-handed axe “Pride of the Competitor” (Barbarian)
- For watching a Diablo 4 stream with drops for 6 hours, you will receive:
- back trophy “Disguise of the Gladiator” (Barbarian)

Week 3 – Hunter

- back trophy “Disguise of the Beastmaster” (Druid)

How do I get the items? Depending on the item, you need to watch streamers for either 3 or 6 hours who have activated these drops for Diablo 4. You do not have to watch all the hours on the same streamer; you can split them across different channels.
You can then collect the drops in your inventory. You can find it in the top right of your icon under “Drops & Rewards.” There, you can also link your Twitch account with the campaign.

Which streamers can I watch? In principle, you can just search for “Diablo 4” on Twitch and watch a streamer who is live in the category and has drops activated.

Receive Mount and Mount Armor on Twitch
How do I get the mount? To obtain the mount during the drop event, you need to gift two subscriptions to a streamer who is streaming in the Diablo 4 category. When you gift 2 Twitch subscriptions, you will receive the mount “Spirit of the Conquered.” With a purchase of 4 subscriptions, you will receive the armor “Glory of the Victor.”
