With the “Blood Harvest” action, Blizzard aimed to encourage fans of Diablo 4 to do a good deed: they should donate blood. As a thank you, the entire community receives gifts – and donors a chance to win a PC cooled by real human blood. Now the rewards are here.
These are the rewards:
- On November 22/23, all players will receive a collection of cosmetic weapons for all classes as well as a skin for the Barbarian.
- In addition, there is a new mount: the “Cinnabar-Eyed Moth” is now available for all players in the stable.
- Those who also donated blood as part of the action now have the chance to win a PC cooled by human blood with powerful hardware.
How do I get my rewards? You don’t have to do anything else. All rewards have already been credited to your account. You can find the cosmetic items in your wardrobe at the inn and do not need to pick them up.
You can select the moth, like all other horses, in the stable. Again, you don’t have to do anything further.
The goal of the action was simply to collect over 630 liters of blood (or: 666 “quarts”). This goal has been achieved.
We also have a few hints about the new class:
“Blood Harvest” grants rewards for all, but you won’t get the blood PC anymore
Your chance for the PC is no more. The action only ran until November 22. However, only US citizens had a chance for the computer, as you had to have donated blood in the USA.
This might annoy many, as the PC not only has an Nvidia RTX 4090 and an Intel Core i9 with powerful hardware, but it is also supposed to be cooled with real human blood. The cooling is “blood infused” – which probably means that there is some blood in the water cooling system.
If you want to log in for the rewards, it’s particularly worthwhile right now: there is currently the “Mother’s Blessing” event, where you receive +35% experience points and gold. So you can level up and farm more easily.
The event is ideal if you want to catch up in Season 2 or try out a new character – or if you still need to prepare a character for the larger patch in December. Because a new feature is coming that will test all your skills:
