Diablo 4 has released a new hotfix on June 8, 2023, for build 1.0.2. The patch notes are available here in German and English.

News: Blizzard is releasing one hotfix after another after the release of Diablo 4. Here are the patch notes for hotfixes 6 & 7 on June 8.
What has changed? A few minor fixes and balance adjustments have been made:
- Boss Adjustments
- Increased level range for world bosses at world tier 3 and 4
- Boss in the “Pinnacle Dungeon” deals more damage but has less health
- Dungeons
- Adjustments to the spawn rate of elite enemies
- Fixed a bug that occasionally teleported players to the wrong end of the dungeon
- Monster Adjustments
- Fly hosts and resurrected fly hosts are no longer an infinite source of XP
- Class Adjustments
- Rogue: Improved Twisting Blades – Cooldown reduction now matches the tooltip of the skill
- Legendary Aspects
- Aspect of Unstable Imbuements (Rogue) no longer excessively benefits from damage amplification effects
- Miscellaneous
- Fixes for improved game stability

Boss Changes
- Increased the level range for World Bosses on World Tier 3 and 4.
- Increased the total damage dealt by the Level 100 Pinnacle Boss and reduced their total health.
Dungeons
- Made further adjustments to Elite spawn rates in dungeons.
- Fixed an issue where players would teleport to the wrong location in multiple dungeons while transitioning through levels of the dungeon.
Monster Changes
- Fly Hosts and resurrected Fly Hosts from Trembling Masses will no longer be an infinite source of experience.
Class Changes
Rogue
- Advanced Twisting Blades’ Cooldown reduction now matches its tooltip.
Legendary Aspect Changes
- Aspect of Unstable Imbuements no longer excessively benefits from damage amplification effects.
Miscellaneous
- Further stability fixes.
