How can you quickly farm the Malevolent Hearts? There is a little trick that gives you many hearts in just a few minutes. Diablo expert Rob2628 was the first player to reach level 100 and has uploaded a video on the heart farm.
However, you need the quest “The Cold Hard Truth,” one of the quests from the Season story. You have to go to the “Velkhova Church.” If you no longer have the quest because you have already completed the Season story, you can also be invited to do the dungeon together.
This is how you farm Malevolent Hearts:
- Enter the dungeon and run through it
- Next to a health fountain, you will find a corrupted bubble – with some luck, it is already a “Malevolent Monster” that will give you a heart
- Continue to the boss fight, perform the ritual, and defeat the boss
- You will receive a guaranteed Malevolent Heart here
Important: Do not speak to the NPC in the boss cave after the boss has been killed and you have the heart. Then you will continue the quest and you cannot repeat it.
Leave the dungeon and try to restart the quest cave with the reset button in the menu. If the button does not work, then log out and back in briefly.
How well can hearts be farmed here? If you have gotten the hang of it and are preferably playing with teammates, then you can pocket at least one heart in 2 minutes. If there is a Malevolent Monster in the corrupted bubble, you will get two hearts directly in just a few minutes.
