The 3 Best Builds of the Crusader in Season 27
- A-Tier: Aegis of Valor Heavens Fury (via maxroll.gg) – With this build, you are a bit slow in Greater Nephalem Rifts, but you deal a lot of damage against single targets. The build is easy to understand and can be implemented well. You can use the build for speed farming in lower levels of Nephalem Rifts. Here, you play with the Aegis of Valor set, which significantly boosts the damage of Heaven’s Fist and Heavens Fury. In Season 26, the build was still in the S-tier but has since dropped down.
- A-Tier: Akkhan Condemn (via maxroll.gg) In Season 27, this build jumped up in the tier list due to the rework of Akkhan. You can take a lot of damage and deal considerable area damage. Unfortunately, you depend on the companion AI, which can sometimes be quite dumb. Nevertheless, the build is a lot of fun and strong. For the most potential in Greater Rifts, we recommend the improved Heavenly Execution.
- C-Tier: Roland Sweep Attack with Starter Set (via maxroll.gg): If you like to play as tanks, then you are doing it right with this set. You can take a lot of damage and have a ridiculously high attack speed. You require a lot of stamina as the build is played in close combat. Additionally, you have little AOE. As a Holy Power, the improved Heavenly Execution is worthwhile.
- Bonus: B-Tier: Invoker Thorns (via maxroll.gg): Have you always wanted to play a Thorns build in Diablo 3? This is a very particular build, and that’s why we list it here as a bonus. While it’s not very exciting or necessarily suitable for speed farming, you can take a lot of damage and easily take down single targets. It is played with the set Invoker’s Thorns. Play it with the improved Heavenly Execution.
