In Diablo 3 Season 28 is active. We show you the season theme and important changes in the short overview.
When does it start? The new Season 28 began on February 24 at 5:00 PM German time on PC. Players on PlayStation and Xbox had to wait until 2:00 AM for the start during the last seasons.
What changes are there? The biggest highlight of the new season is likely to be the Altar of Rites. A kind of large skill tree, where you can choose between 29 powers. To unlock them, each individual seal requires the use of materials. This will make your character stronger or you will receive quality-of-life improvements like companions that collect the Breath of Death for you.

In addition, the new Arcane Ash, which you receive from arcane items, can be used in Kanai’s Cube.
Some balance changes also ensure that the meta of the best classes and builds shifts a bit again. For example, some abilities of the Monk have been modified and revised. The Demon Hunter also received significant changes which lead to a buff.
