Season 18 of Diablo 3 is ending soon. However, the new Season 19 is already on the horizon. We will tell you everything you need to know.
When does Season 18 end? Community Manager Nevalistis announced in the official Diablo 3 forum that November 10 at 5 PM is the end of Season 18.
You need to hurry if you want to complete the season’s objectives by then. And it may be worth it due to the rewards.
When does Season 19 start? According to Nevalistis, the start date for Season 19 will be announced at a later time. Specifically, when Blizzard releases the preview blog for Patch 2.6.7. However, it is to be expected that this will happen before November 10.
There might be another approximately two-week break between the seasons. This is not confirmed yet, but it is quite possible that Season 19 will start around November 24.
What does S19 bring? With the new season, Patch 2.6.7 will also be released, which can already be tested on the test server. Thus, the theme of the new season is already known. It is called Pandemonium.
You will receive a stackable buff that lasts as long as you have hit or killed a monster in the past 5 seconds:
- Each stack grants you 0.06% movement speed
- 0.1% bonus damage.
- The caps are +50% movement speed
- and +100% damage (1,000 stacks).
Additionally, after a certain number of consecutive kills, a power will be unleashed, which manifests as follows:
- 15 kills: Unleash 5 massive energy vortices
- 30 kills: Dark geysers among the enemies
- 50 kills: Exploding chickens seek and destroy targets
- 100 kills: It rains corpses from the sky
- 150 kills: A large-scale frost nova freezes opponents
- 200 kills: Treasure chests fall from the sky
- 300 kills: A ring of fire surrounds everything
- 400 kills: Meteors fall from the sky
- 500 kills: Angels descend upon the battlefields to fight by your side
- 1000 kills: Yet to be revealed
Furthermore, new set items for all classes are to be introduced gradually. In Season 19, the Monk and Crusader will lead the way.
So, Season 19 of Diablo 3 will indeed be interesting. The hack ‘n slash excitement will continue for a while.
