In the MMO shooter Destiny , there will be a bit of a rush on Monday evening.
The “Sterling Treasures” are new boxes. Players should be able to earn 3 pieces each week, and they can buy as many as they want.
Of the 3 earnable boxes, one is given away. The problem: Numerous players did not receive it in the first week, and finding a solution to the issue is proving to be quite difficult.
Now, a solution has been found. A hotfix is scheduled to be deployed on Monday evening around 7:00 PM. After that, players can log in and grab the box that is rightfully theirs.
The catch: This opportunity is only available until Tuesday morning at 11:00 AM, when the new reset starts, and while players will also receive a box, it will be for the new week.
Such a cooldown is certainly intriguing, but definitely not an ideal solution. Those who do not have time this evening and see the box disappear into the void, should take comfort: These boxes will be available every week. They haven’t missed out on a grand prize.
