Xur appears on July 15 at 11 AM in the Tower or the Reef. There, he spends the weekend, chatting and joking a bit with the passing Guardians and showcasing his inventory. On July 17 at 11 AM, he grabs his hat and sets off home with a large pot of Strange Coins.
