Some had hoped that Bungie would release the second half of the exotic armor with the launch of the Trials of Osiris. Of the 18 armor pieces found in the database, only 9 are in the game. But it doesn’t look that way; there was no indication in the Weekly Update.
So the only major change today seems to be that he arrives at 10:00 AM instead of 11:00 AM like he has for the past six months. This is due to the time change to standard time that took place last weekend.

Xur arrives on Friday, October 30th, at 10:00 AM at the Tower or the Reef. He stays for 48 hours and leaves on Sunday, November 1st, at 10:00 AM.

What does Xur sell this week?
Xur sells the weapon Zhalo Supercell. No engram. The Zhalo Supercell is the only primary weapon that deals elemental
damage. It costs 23 strange coins.
For Titans, there is the new Helmet Taikonaut (36/51 INT, 31/46 DIS). It costs 13 strange coins, like all armor pieces.
For Hunters, there is also the new Helmet Graviton Lance (36/51 INT, 36/51 STR). This is the one that was responsible for all the Nightstalker trouble.
For Warlocks, there’s also something new, the chest armor Alchemist’s Garb (87/107 INT).
As Legacy Engram, there is a special weapon. These are Year 1 weapons with Year 1 stats.
