On Destiny, a new patch will be deployed on the evening of August 11th: Hotfix 1.2.0.5.
This was indeed with extremely short notice. Earlier today, we told you that a hotfix might be coming. Then it was quiet throughout the day, and now it is here. What does Hotfix 1.2.0.5 bring?
Hotfix 1.2.0.5 primarily brings the weapon “Ummantelung der Grube” back into the game. It was deactivated by mistake, can now be obtained again from “Klingen von Crota” with a 150% higher drop rate than before.
Tess Everis has temporarily left the Tower, in her place, there is now a “Kiosk,” where players can get what she used to sell. The new kiosk is located near Eva Levante. Also, Nepal shaders and the emblem are now in the game and also in the mysterious new kiosk.
Players who purchased the Bungie Nepal Relief T-Shirt a few months ago will receive the shader and the emblem. B The Nepal event was about earthquake relief.
Players can already get used to the appearance of the kiosk. Bungie has already announced plans to relieve the vault with such “kiosks”.
Additionally, Bungie has modified the Clash and Control PvP playlists of the “House of Wolves” series with today’s hotfix, making certain maps less likely to appear. In the “Inferno” and “Doubles” playlists, they have adjusted the ammunition mechanics. Heavy ammo will now spawn only once after 5 minutes, and a maximum of three special ammo boxes will be brought into the game simultaneously, and these will now appear every 3 minutes.
Update: PS3 users of Destiny are reporting an increase of the “Stingray” error. We will keep an eye out for further information on this.
Ah, there is already an update. Bungie is aware of it and is working on a solution.
