In Destiny, today, on June 27th, is the Weekly Reset. There are new activities to complete, like the Nightfall Strike or the Featured Raid.
The era of Destiny 1 is slowly coming to an end. The Destiny 2 Beta begins in three weeks and many Guardians are preparing to experience their “last moments” in Destiny 1. Bungie has already released a schedule for when the last Iron Banner and when the last Trials of Osiris will take place.
Additionally, you have until August 1st to earn Veteran rewards that you can take into the sequel. These are exclusive emblems, but there are expected to be more rewards for “Destiny 1” players.
Today at 11 AM is the weekly reset in Destiny. New activities are coming. You can use these to achieve further milestones.
Nightfall Strike on June 27th on PS4 and Xbox One
This week, the Nightfall is The Shadow Thief. So, it’s against Taniks.
The modifiers are:
- Epic
- Grounded: You take more damage while in the air
- Fresh Troops: Some enemies come with reinforcements
- Puzzle: Enemy shields are resistant to mismatched elemental damage
- Catapult: Grenade recharge rate is significantly increased
In the heroic SIVA Crisis Strike playlist, the modifiers are Heroic, Specialist, Exposed, and Airborne.
Challenge of the Elders and Story Playlist
In the weekly Story Playlist, it’s going to the missions of the Taken War. The modifiers are Heroic, Berserker, and Specialist.
In the Challenge of the Elders, there are bonus points for super kills. The modifiers are Chaff and Grounded. You fight against Sylok, the Pilot Servitor, and against the Rebellious Ghost.
The Raid Challenges starting June 27th
This week, it’s into the first Raid of Destiny: Into the Glass Chamber. The challenges take place with the Templar and Atheon:
Shaxx, Zavala, Tyra Karn, and Factions
Tyra Karn has the artifacts Felwinter’s Lie (119 Discipline, 124 Strength), Timur’s Lie (69 Strength), and Perun’s Lie (64 Intellect) available.
Eris Morn, the Future War Cult, and the New Monarchy want Worm Spore.
The Dead Orbit requires Ghost Flowers.
Lord Shaxx has bounties for Control and Rift. The Featured PvP Playlist is Doubles.
The Crucible Quartermaster has bounties for Auto Rifle, Pulse Rifle, Shotgun, Sniper, and Heavy Weapon.
Commander Zavala delivers Strike Elite, Dawn, and Make a Rainbow.
