In the MMO shooter Destiny, the Gunsmith brings new gear for Guardians on PS4, Xbox One, PS3, and Xbox 360 today, July 6.
The friendly NPC in the Tower with a blue-yellow face is the Gunsmith Banshee-44. You can test weapons with him, assign forging tasks, and even obtain exotic weapons.
However, you must first earn the Gunsmith’s favor and rank up in reputation to enjoy all his benefits. He doesn’t spare a glance for any random Guardians.

To earn reputation points, you can complete the following field test weapons for Banshee-44 this week:
- One Omolon hand cannon wants to land precision shots.
- A Suros pulse rifle wants to be used against Hive targets.
- A Suros rocket launcher draws against high-ranking enemies.
- A Häkke shotgun also wants to face the Hive.
- Want to go into the Crucible? Then take a test sniper rifle from Omolon.
These 5 weapons can be ordered this week
The Gunsmith offers you five forging tasks, which you can acquire for 2500 Glimmer. Next week on Weapons Day, you will receive your selection.
From Suros, there’s the automatic rifle ARI-41. Medium archetype. A decent choice.
Additionally, the Gunsmith from Suros has the automatic rifle ARI-45 in stock. High impact, low rate of fire. The weapon is definitely worth an order.
You can also choose the Omolon scout rifle Tuonela SR4 as a Weapons Day order. Medium impact. With high stability, it is quite popular.
The Häkke pulse rifle Herja-D is also available. The impact is increased: Impact 14, rate of fire 66. However, the weapon does not enjoy an outstanding reputation among Guardians.
Finally, the Omolon sniper rifle named Eirene RR 4 is ready. This comes with high impact and is a strong alternative.
