In the MMO shooter Destiny, the Trials of Osiris start today, on June 9th. On which map do they take place?
Currently, the Iron Banner is ongoing in June 2017. In addition to this monthly PvP event, the Trials of Osiris also begin today at 7 PM. This is the weekly PvP event where Guardians compete against each other in 3v3 matches. However, there is currently a problem with the Trials that Bungie is investigating.
Even though the Guardians win their matches, it can happen that they are credited with a loss in the Trials. The developers are asking for your support regarding these faulty losses if the problem occurs for you as well. You should describe the incidents as accurately as possible and post them in the Bungie Help Forum.
This week’s Trials will be played on the maps The Anomaly, The Cauldron, and First Light. It is heading to the Moon.
What are the Trials of Osiris?
In the Trials, you engage in PvP battles in the “Elimination” mode. You compete against each other in three-person teams and try to fill your scorecard with victories. If the opposing team is completely defeated, you win a round. Fallen team members can be revived. Here, not only a strong setup but also communication among the Guardians is essential. Having a good knowledge of the map is advantageous.
With 5 and 7 victories, there are random rewards from Osiris’s arsenal. Also, you should keep an eye on Brother Vance’s bounties for extra bonuses. If you are in top form, you can reach Mercury with a “flawless” ticket and loot the chest with valuable items there.
