Today, on October 21st, the Trials of Osiris start in the MMO shooter Destiny. On which Trials map will they be played?
What should not be missing at the beginning of the weekend? Correct, the Trials of Osiris! In this weekly PvP event, there is now loot available with a light level up to 400. For many, this is certainly an incentive to venture into the Crucible.
Additionally, since the Update 2.4.1, there has been a change at the highest goal of the Trials: At the Lighthouse on Mercury. This will now be a meeting point for up to 9 Guardians with a “flawless” ticket. The chest with the juicy loot remains unchanged. You can check out the stylish “Year 3” Trials gear in this article.
The Trials of Osiris begin tonight at 7 PM. They will end next Tuesday at 11 AM for the weekly reset. This week, the fights will take place on the map The Burning Shrine.
What are the Trials of Osiris?
In the Trials, you engage in PvP battles in the “Elimination” mode. You compete in teams of three against one another and try to fill up your scorecard with victories. If the opposing team is completely defeated, you win a round. Fallen teammates can be revived. Here, it’s not only about having a strong setup but also about communication among the Guardians. A thorough knowledge of the map is advantageous.
With 5 and 7 wins, you will get random rewards from Osiris’ loot pool. Additionally, you should keep an eye on Brother Vance’s bounties for extra rewards. If you are in top form, you can reach Mercury with a “flawless” ticket and loot the chest with the great loot there.
Good luck in the Trials, Guardian.
PvP is not your thing? Then check out the raid this weekend. Here, you’ll find everything you need to know about the heroic mode of “Wrath of the Machine”.
