On Friday, December 25th, the Trials of Osiris will start in Destiny . You can find out which map the Guardians will compete on for Christmas here.
First Christmas Day – regardless. It’s a Friday, and thus the Trials of Osiris are active in Destiny. In 3v3 matches, Guardians must prove themselves on the map Twilight Gap (Dämmerbruch).
The bulk of the rewards come from bounties at Brother Vance. Tough guys (and gals) in Destiny achieve flawless runs on Mercury and collect primary weapons in the Adept version; this requires having 9 wins and no losses on the passage – well, in practice with all 3 bonuses active, you only need a 7-1. The opponents become increasingly stronger, as you are fighting against players with a similar win-loss ratio.
Players receive additional loot at 5 and 7 wins. What is available during the Trials of Osiris this week will be updated. They last until Tuesday morning, December 29th.
- With 5 wins on a passage, players receive the boots.
- With 7 wins, there is the Fusion Rifle Ascendant Vision.
