You can play the Trials of Osiris in Destiny 5 more times. After that, it’s over. On August 11th, the last Trials will start, before this mode takes a long break and returns in the weeks following the launch of Destiny 2 in the sequel.
When and in what form the Trials will return is still unknown. We only know that the Trials will make a comeback and will then be played in 4v4. There are rumors that the Trials in Destiny 2 will be called the “Trials of the Nine.” However, this has not been officially confirmed.
Today’s Trials are still the “Trials of Osiris.” They begin at 7 PM and last until the next Weekly Reset on Tuesday at 11 AM. It will be played on the map Skyline.
What are the Trials of Osiris?
In the Trials, you engage in PvP battles in the “Elimination” mode. You compete against each other in teams of three and try to fill your point card with victories. If the opposing team is completely defeated, you win a round. Fallen team members can be revived. Here, not only a strong setup matters, but also communication among the Guardians. A thorough knowledge of the map is advantageous.
With 5 and 7 wins, you receive random rewards from Osiris’ stock. Additionally, you should keep an eye on Brother Vance’s bounties for extra rewards. If you’re in top form, you can reach Mercury with a “flawless” ticket and loot the chest with the fine loot there.
