In the MMO shooter Destiny, server issues occurred again on the evening of July 1st.
Things are just not going well in Bungie’s game right now. This evening, Guardians are again plagued by the “Contact Destiny Servers” issue. Only this time, it is completely preventing some players from accessing the servers.
Server Issues on PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PS3
Bungie is already aware of this issue, as they announced via Twitter. It is occurring on all platforms. The developers are working to resolve this quickly.
When trying to log in, players are overwhelmed by error messages. Once in the orbit, character data is displayed incorrectly or is completely missing.
Just a few hours ago, the start signal for the Trials of Osiris was given. Guardians were looking forward to finally being able to enjoy the PvP event without issues. That will not happen now.
