In the MMO shooter Destiny, there are issues logging in and with the servers on the evening of Thursday, April 23rd.
In forums and social networks, players are complaining that they have been unable to reach Destiny’s servers since around 8:10 PM our time on Thursday evening. Many report encountering Banjo error messages. The problem is not only local but seems to be a global issue.
The Destiny tech department is already aware of the problem and is working on it. No further information is available at this time. However, these issues seem to be present on all four platforms: Playstation 3 and 4, Xbox One, and Xbox 360. We will keep you updated.

Update: This was only a short outage of about 40 minutes, but an annoying one during European prime time. Bungie tweets that they have taken control of the issue:
