In the MMO shooter Destiny , players have discovered a secret room in the Kingsfall raid. However, they have no idea how they got there or how to proceed from there.
In the night from yesterday to today, strange events occurred in Destiny again.
The community has found secrets in the Destiny raid
We remember: Since the Black Spindle was found on a daily mission, half of the community has been in a frenzy: Everywhere they smell secrets. The developers encouraged players to walk in Indy’s footsteps, hinting that there is still a lot hidden, directing players’ attention to the raid.
Now Brazilian Guardians have indeed found a secret room in the raid that looks entirely like “secret.”
We neither know how we got here nor what we are supposed to do here
The spicy part: How the room opens is still not clear to anyone at the moment. What can be done in the secret room is also unclear. And how to proceed from there is completely a mystery.
In the Hive ship, 6 pylons need to be lit in the correct order at a specific spot. In some configuration, they open the door to a room. Players are putting their long-time Bungie expertise on the table, saying: This must have something to do with the 7! It was the same in Halo 3; you had to play the theme song… but no one really knows for sure.
If that is somehow accomplished, a Blade Dancer with the sword has to perform a complicated jump glitch to get into this room. Then platforms form, and other players can now enter the secret room.
In the secret room itself, a relic spawns that can be “dunked” just like in the rest of the raid. If you do that 6 times, the players receive an Overcharge; beyond that, nothing more is known.
The US fan site Planet-Destiny has made a video summarizing what is known. They shrugged and said: This is as far as we have come. If you have any ideas on how to proceed, let us know. If more people gather data, we might solve the mystery as a community faster.
Update: The secret sequence seems to have been figured out, at least according to a poster on Reddit. For PlayStation: 165243. For Xbox: 416523.
What does all this mean? Is the room even finished? Is it intended for Guardians to find it? We don’t know.
What we do know: There are 3 chests in the raid that have already been found and are findable. In this article, you will learn where they are.
