Currently, a video is making the rounds at Destiny, where watching it is simply fun. A Titan with the Defender focus is dominating in the Crucible.
Crucible montages are always hit or miss. There are countless ones online, many of which were posted with the intent: “Look what I can do, what a PvP beast I am.” However, most of them fail to impress an experienced Guardian.
On the other hand, there are also really creative montages that play with background music, show curious events, or are simply funny.
The following video falls into the latter category: It features a Defender Titan who casually uses his Bubble in the Crucible and takes out opponent after opponent. Anyone who hasn’t suffered through the Defender focus in PvP themselves might think there’s not much to it. However, the YouTuber The Destiny Fun Police makes it look so easy:
Defenders are allowed, this Defender is too casual
The game is played in the “Mayhem” mode, in the Clash. In this mode, Super abilities recharge more quickly. Thus, the Defender often has his Bubbles available.
The YouTuber not only showcases some clever uses of his Super but also taunts his enemies with corresponding gestures. He uses a shotgun as a weapon, with which he can deal with opponents quickly.
Some might consider his behavior as arrogant. However, the positive reactions dominate in the comments: The video is great, the Guardian is outstanding, and it is incredibly impressive how easily he makes it all seem. The chill background music adds to the vibe.
