In the MMO shooter Destiny there will be Trials of Osiris over the weekend. It starts on April 8th.
Since 7:00 PM, it has been shooting time again: The Trials of Osiris in Destiny are about to start. They will run until Tuesday at 11:00 AM.
Matches will take place on Firebase Delphi (base Delphi), here is still a video from our friend Nexxoss on the map from last November.
During the week, PvP changes were announced, primarily affecting “Elimination,” the mode of Osiris. It is intended that reviving will take longer and become overall weaker. The so-called “Revive” kills, when you take freshly revived players back down, should become easier and also possible with other sniper rifles than the 32 power weapons.
Balance changes, fresh rules for special ammunition, and new armors, as well as stronger rewards with higher light levels are on the way. Osiris bounties are supposed to go up to 330 light, while the Mercury chest will contain items up to 335, and Osiris armors will also be coming soon.
Starting next Friday, when Osiris resumes, all of this should apply, and the new rules will take effect. The patch itself will come on Tuesday evening around 7 PM.
Today, Trials of Osiris takes place one last time before the patch comes.
As special rewards for 5 and 7 victories, gloves and the hand cannon are available today.
