In Destiny, the weekly reset takes place today, on January 31st. In addition to a new Nightfall strike, more fresh activities are coming.
Tomorrow marks the beginning of February, the month in which the next update for Destiny is supposed to be released. Although it is already dated for “mid-February”, we currently know shockingly little about it. It comes with a balance patch that will buff primary weapons and provide competition for shotguns. Information about the content update and new game features is still in the dark unknown.
We are expected to find out next Thursday when Bungie will drop the curtain and share concrete details. Until then, we can focus on this week’s tasks. It is Weekly Reset.
Nightfall on January 31st on PS4 and Xbox One
This week, the Nightfall is Winter Storm.
The modifiers are:
- Epic
- Berserker: Dark minions do not retreat, even if they suffer massive damage.
- Small Arms: Primary weapon damage is increased.
- Grain: Player radar is disabled.
- Arms Dealer: Enemy shields are resistant to mismatched elemental damage.
In the Heroic SIVA Crisis Strike Playlist, the modifiers are Heroic, Small Arms, Grain, and Airborne.
The “Iron Lord” Artifacts This Week
Tyra Karn has been reliably waiting in the Iron Temple since the launch of “Rise of Iron,” bringing fresh artifacts weekly for you. There are a total of eight different “Iron Lord” artifacts, of which she randomly brings three. Many Guardians may have already completed their collection, but perhaps Tyra has a better roll available. Here are this week’s artifacts:
- Felwinter’s Tribute – 152 Discipline, 86 Strength
- Skorri’s Tribute – 59 Intellect
- Perun’s Tribute – 32 Intellect, 46 Discipline
