A fan of the MMO shooter Destiny has now composed an ode to the eternal 29s, who only need a part more to reach Light Level 30, and had his wife sing the song, a parody of a Disney classic.
It may seem unusual at first glance to equate Level 29 Guardians with Ariel the Little Mermaid (Disney appears in Destiny mainly in the form of references), but: Ariel and 29 Guardians have much in common.
Both long for more while already possessing quite a lot. A beautiful fan song made waves overnight on Reddit. With a wink, Ariel (Destiny’s version) dreams in a parody of “Part of Your World” about finally being where the raiders are. She has so much, her “loot is legit,” her vault is almost overflowing, but that is deceptive. She is still missing something, that last bit, that final piece, to reach Light Level 30! She wants to raid now and get that (what’s the word again) Vex Mythoclast, to take out some heads.
