This seems to be the 347 Vesta Dynasty, which data miners found months ago for “House of Wolves”. At first glance, the rifle isn’t so impressive. Kinetic damage … no real specialties aside from bonus agility when headshots are achieved. In PvP, it’s not very often you’ve taken out three people and benefit from the perk.
Where the weapon comes from is still uncertain. Hopefully, it will be available this time.
