Which fusion rifles do I need?
Fusion rifles can be fundamentally divided into two categories:
• slow wind-up time, high impact
• fast wind-up time, lower impact

Pi mal Daumen Equation
You can purchase this weapon directly from the Vanguard for 150 Vanguard Tokens once you reach Rank 3.
Viper Bite-Surgeon
This weapon with the dangerous name can be obtained in the Vanguard Strike Playlist “Dragon” as a random drop or when you play the Prison of Elders at level 28 (no treasure key required).
Plan C
Plan C has a special exotic perk that is very helpful in the Crucible. The wind-up time of the weapon decreases significantly after switching weapons. Unfortunately, stability leads to a spread that can compete with Reiner Calmund’s shower nozzle. You can acquire the weapon from Xûr when he has it available, or as a random drop in raids or in Nightfall.

Division Shifter-Pro
The Crucible representative of our list. The weapon drops randomly.
The Frenzy
You can buy The Frenzy directly from the Future War Cult for 150 Crucible Tokens (Rank 3 required). According to Bungie, this weapon is one of the secret weapons.
Perun’s Flame
Our Iron Banner representative. To obtain Perun’s Flame, it must be purchased during an active Iron Banner event, or you are lucky and the weapon drops randomly after an Iron Banner match.
