This is a clear item with few questions. Such an item already exists for Warlocks with the Handcuffs of Light – it significantly strengthens a grenade and favors a grenade playstyle.
The jump grenade belongs to the Blade Dancer and can bounce off walls and the ground quite coolly. A playstyle based on an improved jump grenade could bring variety and really pack a punch.
