Destiny: Dawn Strike on 24.5. is “the New One” – This brings the new week

In the MMO shooter Destiny a new week starts on Tuesday, May 24.

Originally, an Iron Banner was planned for this week in Destiny. While it wasn’t explicitly stated, it was clearly hinted at. However, due to the “Rocket Crisis” bug, that was canceled.

Currently, there is no date for when the hotfix will come and clear the way for Saladin. Over the weekend, the Trials of Osiris were already canceled.

So, we are looking at a rather “normal” week in Destiny. On the horizon, the E3 awaits with the reveal of the autumn expansion, at least that’s the expectation.

The Nightfall Strike on May 24 is “Cursed Chalice”

The “new” strike is the Nightfall Strike – “Cursed Chalice”

Modifiers are

• Solar Ignition – Solar damage is significantly increased
• Brutal – The melee damage of the Guardians is increased
• Grounded – Guardians take more damage while in the air
• Puzzle Strike – You should engage the enemies’ shields only with the appropriate elemental weapons

These items are wanted by the faction leaders

• Eris Morn wants Worm Spore.
• The Future War Cult and Dead Orbit both want Relic Iron.
• The New Monarchy is also eager for Worm Spore.

What’s happening in the Elder Challenge

In the Elder Challenge, “Airborne” is active – Guardians deal more damage while in the air. Additionally, “Exposure” – the shields of the Guardians do not regenerate but are reinforced.

Bonus points are available for kills with grenades.

Enemies await: Noru’usk, Servitor of Oryx (Cabal), Pilot Servitor (Fallen), Syrlok, the Defiled (Hive).
