In Destiny, the weekly reset takes place today, January 24th. The Iron Banner ends in January 2017, bringing fresh activities.
If you wanted to dive into the January Iron Banner: you’re too late now. Since 10 a.m., the monthly PvP event has been ongoing. Lord Efrideet packed her weapons and armor pieces and disappeared from Felwinter Peak. Now you have to wait until February for the next “Iron Banner” to get underway.
What you will have to do until then – apart from the weekly resets – is written in the stars. We know that Bungie’s live team is working on a content update for spring. A weapon balance patch is also in sight. When these updates find their way into Destiny and what they will actually bring, we will only find out in the future. Possibly as early as the end of this week.

Nightfall on January 24th on PS4 and Xbox One
This week, the Nightfall is the Putrid Chalice! Malok is your opponent.
The modifiers are:
- Epic
- Voidburn
- Juggler: No ammo drops for the equipped weapon
- Grounded: You take more damage while airborne
- Catapult: The grenade charges faster
In the heroic SIVA crisis strike playlist, the modifiers are Heroic, Arcburn, Exposure, and Catapult
The “Iron Lord” artifacts this week
This week at Tyra Karn, you can obtain these three artifacts with these attributes:
- Jolder’s Remembrance – 33 Discipline, 30 Strength
- Silimar’s Remembrance – 70 Discipline
- Timur’s Remembrance – 63 Strength
