In Destiny, we list what the vendors have after the “Rise of Iron” expansion.
If you haven’t checked in with all the NPCs at the Tower for a while, it might be worth a visit now. “Rise of Iron” has significantly changed their inventory and offerings. You’ll also find vendors in the new social space Felwinter Peak waiting with tasty items for you.
Most items can be purchased with Legendary Marks. They are at Light Level 350.
Tyra Karn, Lord Saladin, and Shiro-4
In Felwinter Peak, there are three important NPCs from whom you can buy items. Particularly exciting is Tyra Karn, the Cryptarch and Archivist. She has Legendary Engrams for you – and “Iron Lord” artifacts!
These artifacts rotate weekly on Tuesday at 11 AM. This week you can snag Jolder’s Remembrance, Silimar’s Remembrance, and Timur’s Remembrance. But be careful: You can only choose one per week. You can read all about the artifacts in Rise of Iron here.
To obtain an artifact, you must master the quest “Artifacts of the Iron Lords” to ultimately receive an “Heir of the Iron Lords.” In the quest, you must perform Noble Deeds. You do this by taking down Splicers in the Plaguelands. Every 10 Splicers you kill increases the progress bar by 1%.
Lord Saladin currently only has tokens and shaders, which you can purchase for Glimmer. At the start of the Iron Banner event, he will likely bring Iron Banner weapons and armor pieces again.
Shiro-4, the Vanguard Scout, is located near the bridge in Felwinter Peak. He has “Iron Lord” bounties for you, weapon parts, armor pieces, and syntheses.
He has a class item for each class that you can purchase for 5000 Glimmer and a Legendary Engram (!).
Variks, Brother Vance, and Petra Venj
In the Reef, at the Vestian Outpost, you are still welcomed by Variks of House Judgement. He offers you the Elder Seal, syntheses, bounties, and class items at Light 350. Additionally, the sword Grave Reaper at 280.
At Petra, there are Taken bounties, tokens, shaders, and a ship available.
Brother Vance currently has no items available.
Vanguard, Crucible, and Factions After RoI
In the Tower, in the Vanguard Hall, Zavala, Cayde-6, and Ikora Ray are waiting with armor, class items, and ghosts, depending on what Guardian class you are.
Vanguard Quartermaster
If you go to the Vanguard Quartermaster in the Hangar, he has the following weapons available:

Additionally, today is Weapon Day in Destiny. The weapon master Banshee-44 has the following field test weapons available:
