To earn all milestones, you must actively play with Titans, Warlocks, and Hunters. These classes have their own achievements that must be unlocked.
Titan

Get Personal – Defeat 250 opponents with melee attacks – Not retroactive (They count only from 28.3.)
Portable Destruction – Unknown – Likely relates to grenade kills
Super Star – Defeat 100 opponents with super attacks (not retroactive)
Light Show – Unknown – Likely relates to generating spheres of light
Victory of Death – Complete the Titan quests themed around: “Striking Fist”, “Armored Void”, and “Flameforged.” These are Striking Fist, Armored Void, and Flameforged.
Whizz Bang – Unknown – Likely a certain number of grenade kills
Insuperable – Defeat 100 opponents with super attacks (not retroactive)
Eliminate Illuminate – Unknown – You likely need to generate spheres of light
Self-Sufficient – Complete the Hunter quests themed around: “Just a Handful of Bullets”, “Sheathed Lightning”, and “Draw from the Void.” These are Just a Handful of Bullets, Sheathed Lightning, and Draw from the Void.
