The CHAOS DOGMA~ is a Scout Rifle with a high impact of 61 and a low rate of fire of 27. The range is extremely high, but the stability and reload speed are extremely poor:
The gun comes with fixed perks that are particularly useful in PvE. With Triple Tap, consecutive precision hits return a round to the magazine, and with Triple Double, an extra round from the reserves is transferred to the magazine when Triple Tap is triggered. Furthermore, thanks to Curse of the Whirlwind, you deal more damage to Fallen and gain bonus agility.
Interestingly: With CHAOS DOGMA~, Uneinigkeit SR4, and The Far Star, three Scout Rifles are among the favorite weapons, all belonging to different archetypes. This speaks to a balanced weapon category.
