What happened in Destiny this week? Destiny 2 introduced the new mode “Sparrow Control” with its Weekly Reset. Players celebrated the new mode and couldn’t get enough of it.
Additionally, the head of Sony commented on Bungie and their way of working. He praised the hardworking developers but still had criticism directed at the team itself.
Finally, an innocent professional player was caught up in this. He was permanently banned despite his claims of innocence. He had 4 World Firsts on his account, but that didn’t save him from the ban hammer.

When does Xur arrive? Xur regularly appears in the shady corners, ready to sell his exotic goods to those brave enough to find their way to him. He appears every Friday at 6:00 PM and stays until the following Tuesday at 6:00 PM.

This is the reward for a flawless run: Every week a special weapon awaits you at the Lighthouse, which you can obtain for your flawless run, meaning 7 wins, as a Master version. You can earn the weapon until the upcoming Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 6:00 PM.
As a reward, there is always an Adept weapon when you have made it safely to the Lighthouse with your ticket.
When do the Trials officially start? The Trials of Osiris begin today, on February 23, 2024, at 6:00 PM. They end with the weekly reset on February 27, 2024, at 6:00 PM.
Focus on the loot you want: You can also specifically focus your Trials engrams on your desired weapon with Saint-14. Your rewards will further increase once you receive a complete pass – even if you have lost one or two Trials matches.
