What happened this week in Destiny 2? At the beginning of the week, it got musical in Destiny 2 when a developer revealed a secret that no Guardian had discovered since 2020.
Alongside this music secret, the already leaked community event also started. There, Misraaks asked the Guardians to make the Eliksni quarter a better and especially warm new home for the Fallen and their sweet babies. But what was supposed to be a two-week event ended after record-breaking 25 hours, as the Guardians exploited the already known “donation exploit”.
If you were still looking forward to a little story tidbit at the end of season 18, we unfortunately have to disappoint you. Leakers have already published the last cutscene, ruining the suspense early.

When does Xur arrive? The exotic vendor visits Destiny 2 every Friday at 6 PM. Everyone who still has gaps in their exo collection awaits him, as he is the easiest way to get exotics. It only costs you a one-way trip and some materials as payment.

What does Xur have to offer? As the chosen exotic vendor of the “Nine”, a mysterious group in Destiny 2, Xur delivers new weapons and armors weekly on their behalf to players. All characters, including Warlocks, Hunters, and Titans, can shop with him. Whether you are new to the game or already experienced Guardians.

Legendary Armor Set: Unfortunately, the fact that Xur had two armor sets available was just a mistake. This week you only get one, which is “Xenos-Thal IV” (Warlock), “Stowed” (Hunter), and “The Current Future” for the Titan.

Xur also sells legendary items and offers unique rolls for exotics from no longer available exotic missions from past DLCs every week. However, please note: You can only purchase the weapons if you own the appropriate expansion.
Currently, he has these two weapons on offer:

Trials of Osiris from November 25 – 29 – Map, Weapons, and Info
The Trials of Osiris are an endgame PvP activity and they take place every weekend. There is only one exception, which is when the Iron Banner event is active. Otherwise, Bungie refills the inventory of the 14th Saint with new Trials passes every weekend so you can increase your glory in the PvP endgame.
Which map is on for this week? The so-called PvP Trials always take place on a designated map.
If you are interested in playing the Trials with a fixed team, MeinMMO recommends the Callout maps via Warmind. This way, you can clearly communicate to your fireteam where the enemies are located on the map, which provides useful information for the entire team.
Here’s how to get your loot: The Trials of Osiris have a reputation rank system. Your top loot reward from PvP matches is currently available for:
- Seven victories
- 50 rounds
- As well as the infamous flawless run that takes you to the Lighthouse
This is the reward for a flawless run: Every week you can also expect a very special weapon at the Lighthouse, which you will receive as a Master version for your flawless run, i.e., 7 victories. The weapon can be earned until next Tuesday, November 29, at 6 PM.
As a reward, you will always receive an Adept weapon if you successfully make it to the Lighthouse.
All Trials weapons have a Trials origin perk: “Quick Charge” – Improves reload speed, stability, aim assist, and range when you are the last surviving member of your fireteam or fighting alone.
You can focus your Trials Engrams on your desired weapon at the 14th Saint. In addition, there are enhancement prisms and ascendant shards. Remember that your reward increases even further once you have a full pass – even if you have lost one or two games.
When do the Trials officially start? The Trials of Osiris start today, November 25, at 6 PM, and end with the weekly reset on November 29 at 6 PM.
