The Xur-time: Xur has appeared every Friday for four years. So also in Destiny 2 Forsaken. From 7:00 PM on Fridays, the noodle face is there.
When does Xur disappear? The Agent of the Nine packs up on Tuesday, October 16 at 7:00 PM and disappears until the next Friday.
