These Nightfall Strikes are available: In the regular Nightfall (Power level 820), you can choose from these Nightfall Strikes:
- Sea of Shadows
- Tree of Probabilities
- The Swarming Core
In Nightfall: The Trial by Fire, you’ll go into this strike:
- Exodus Crash
Recently, the ultimate challenge for strike lovers has become active: Top Performer.
Strikes and Story Missions are available with the following modifiers:
- Solar Flare
- Grounded
- Challenger
You’ll have to put up with the Flare modifier all week, the others change daily.

This is how Powerful Loot is structured in Destiny 2: Powerful loot comes in several tiers, giving you different power boosts. Accordingly, higher tiers also grant you higher power boosts.
- Tier 1 (up to +3 above the current power level)
- Tier 2 (up to +4 above the current power level)
- Tier 3 (up to +5 above the current power level)
- Top Gear (+5 or more above the power level. The only gear that goes over 1000 and up to a maximum of 1010)
For your information: Power levels earned through the seasonal artifact are not considered for the calculation of the power levels of your drops. The average of gear and weapons is decisive here.
