In Destiny 2 today, on 11.1. 2022, a new week begins and it offers at least a bit of variety, as Lord Saladin comes to raise the iron banner once again. You can expect this and many other changes that we from MeinMMO have listed for you.
This week: The story of Destiny 2 remains frozen in Stasis, but the Iron Banner brings back excitement with its fierce battles. Visit Lord Saladin in the Tower for Iron Banner bounties and to have a quick chat. The old wolf deserves a bit of distraction.
Furthermore, the Challenge loop of the Vault of Glass starts again. If you haven’t completed all the Challenges yet, you can take on the challenge once more.
If you don’t own the Crucible ornament for the Hegemony yet, taking a look at the heated battles with Lord Shaxx might be worthwhile. With double XP, the old Shaxx shows you that he can also wear the giving pants.

The Nightfall: The Proving Ground is the strike this week:
- Exodus Crash, on Nessus
- You will embark on a journey through the remains of Failsafe and eliminate the pesky Fallen plague.

What happens in the Raid “Vault of Glass”:
- In the Vault of Glass, the Conflux Challenge named „Wait for it…“ takes place. Note that you can only destroy the Wyverns when they sacrifice themselves.
- As a reward, in the raid’s Challenge Mode, a time-lost weapon awaits you. This week it is the scout rifle “Vision of Confluence”. The weapon also comes with guaranteed 2 perks per slot. But always keep in mind that Hard and Normal mode share the loot.

This is the new max level: In the Season of the Lost, the maximum power level of your gear is at 1,330. This means the power level has only increased by +10 compared to the previous Season 14.
So you won’t be bothered with annoying levels, but can jump straight into the endgame.
