The release of “The Final Shape” is not far away, and to get players of Destiny 2 excited for the upcoming content, Bungie has already introduced three new exotic armors that you will be able to acquire soon.
What has Bungie introduced? On x.com (formerly Twitter), Bungie released three short videos showcasing new exotic items. These items are exotic armors from “The Final Shape.” The videos demonstrated them in action to show how powerful they are.
While all three armors serve their purpose, there is one that not only looks cool but could also be disruptive in PvP, and that is the Titan’s Exo. We will now explain what you can expect from the Exos.
Three new Exos, and the coolest goes to the Titan
What are these Exos? The Exos consist of three chest pieces:
- Hazardous Propulsion – Titan
- Creates six homing rockets when using your class ability
- Gifted Conviction – Hunter
- Arc abilities create explosive, bouncing Arc grenades
- Mataiodoxía – Warlock
- Your “Arcane Needle” creates a binding explosion with a large radius
By now, Hunters and Warlocks should be casting envious glances at the Titan, as he receives yet another cool Exo, and this time it involves six rockets that you can send off to your enemies. Can’t imagine how the Titan Exo works? Then we will now show you the trailer:
The interesting part is that Titans can use any class ability to launch the rockets. As seen in the trailer, barricades and also the dodge of the Arc subclass can be used to send your little friends on their way. This is not only practical in PvE but also in PvP.
Together with your dodge, you can even become a problem while fleeing as a Titan. This way, you can shake off pursuers and potential enemies around you, allowing you to catch your breath after a gunfight.
How powerful will the Exos be? It is currently difficult to predict. The Warlock Exo could be quite strong, especially in CC. For the Hunter and Titan, it depends on how balanced their grenades and rockets are.
Anyone who knows Bungie knows that new Exos are often released way too powerful and broken, and then have to be nerfed by the developers for a certain period. The Hunter and Titan Exos definitely have that potential. It remains to be seen how Bungie will adjust them. Are you also envious of the Titans?
