One day before the release of the new raid, Guardians must once again endure downtime. The outages you should be aware of in Destiny 2: The Final Shape and when the servers will be running today on June 6, 2024, are detailed here.

What you need to know today: Today, Bungie is conducting a short downtime again to likely prepare everything for the upcoming raid “Edge of Redemption”. We will accompany the server downtime for you and provide you with all the necessary information and patch notes.
Maintenance on June 6 – All times for server downtime
These times are important today: Bungie informs its players via x.com (formerly Twitter) about the exact downtime. The servers are planned to be unreachable for 2 hours and 15 minutes today.
This is the schedule for the maintenance:
- At 2:30 PM, background maintenance will commence on all platforms.
- At approximately 2:45 PM, the servers will go offline. Players will be automatically kicked from the game.
- At 5:00 PM, the shooter is expected to be back online and you can log in again. The downtime ends
Also, keep in mind that third-party applications as well as the official Companion app may also not be available correctly for a while, so you cannot use them.
What changes with the new update in The Final Shape
The following issues are known: Even in The Final Shape, there are many issues that players are complaining about. Bungie has noted some of them, but it is unknown which of these will be fixed (via bungie.net). However, the following bugs may be addressed:
- PC players who have 3D audio enabled cannot hear any sound
- The pop-up “Leaving for Final Shape” has the wrong key art
- When prism hunters activate their new ultimate while swinging, they fall
- The hunter aspect that enhances your Arcstrider melee does not work
- The description of the hunter’s Arc Staff ultimate does not mention a blind effect after a three-combo or slam attack
