On this Tuesday, Destiny 2 is once again experiencing a server down. For players, this means a short break from gaming. MeinMMO will tell you when you can log in again.
This is what you need to know today: Destiny 2 will undergo maintenance at short notice. This means the servers must go offline, which means you won’t be able to play for some time. This is a short downtime that will be over in a few hours.
However, MeinMMO will keep you updated. We will tell you how long the downtime will last. We will also update this article as soon as there is new information.
Maintenance on 27.02. – All times for the server down
These times are important today: Bungie informs its players via x.com (formerly Twitter) about the exact downtime. The servers are planned to be unreachable for 45 minutes today.
Here is the schedule for the maintenance:
- At 14:00, the background maintenance starts on all platforms.
- At approximately 14:45, the servers go offline. Players will be kicked automatically from the game.
- At 15:30, the shooter is expected to be back online and you can log in again.
- The maintenance will continue in the background until 17:00.
Also, keep in mind that third-party applications as well as the official companion app may also be unavailable for a while, so you may not be able to use them.
What changes with the new update in Season 23
The following issues are known: Even in the season of wishes, there are many issues that players are complaining about. Bungie is aware of some (via bungie.net), but it is not known which of these will be resolved. However, the following bugs could be addressed:
- The fireteam finder is missing some options like adding Bungie friends
- Some legendary emotes are sorted with exotic emotes
- Veist rifles can only be partially rotated when inspected
- The shotgun “Pursuit of the Mind Twister” no longer glows when fired
- Some rocket launchers no longer display when inspected
- Old artifacts are still shown in players’ inventories
