On this Thursday, Destiny 2 will experience another server down. For players, this means a short break from gaming. MeinMMO tells you when you can log back in.
What you need to know today: Destiny 2 will undergo maintenance at short notice. This means the servers must go offline, which means you won’t be able to play for a while.
However, MeinMMO will keep you informed. We will tell you how long the downtime will last. We will also update this article as soon as there is new information.
Maintenance on 22.02. – All times for server down
These times are important today: Bungie informs its players via x.com (formerly Twitter) about the exact outage times. It is planned that the servers will be unavailable for 3 hours and 15 minutes today.
This is the schedule for the maintenance:
- At 2:00 PM, background maintenance starts on all platforms.
- At around 2:45 PM, the servers will go offline. Players will be automatically kicked from the game.
- At 6:00 PM, the shooter is expected to be back online and you can log in again.
- The maintenance will continue in the background until 8:00 PM.
Also, note that third-party applications as well as the official Companion app may also not be properly accessible for a while, so you cannot use them.
What’s changing with the new update in Season 23
The following issues are known: Even in the Season of Wish, there are many issues players are complaining about. Bungie has noted some (via bungie.net), but it is not known which of them will be fixed. The following bugs could be addressed:
- The fireteam finder is missing some options like adding Bungie friends
- Some legendary emotes are sorted with exotic emotes
- Veist rifles can only be partially rotated when inspected
- The shotgun “Pursuit of the Thought Twister” no longer glows when fired
- Some rocket launchers do not appear anymore when inspected
- Old artifacts are still displayed in players’ inventories
