In Destiny 2, the codes for the Rockstar Energy Drink promotion can now be redeemed. These prizes and this loot are available.
There is a promotional deal between Activision and “Rockstar Energy Drink” for Destiny 2. This promotion works by allowing you to purchase cans of the energy drink manufacturer in Destiny 2 design and receive in-game rewards in Destiny 2. In Germany, the flavors “Original” and “Sugar-Free” have the codes. This promotion is not planned for Austria and Switzerland.
Since September 1, 2017, the codes can be redeemed. We will show you how to do it and what you will get.
How to get the rewards from the Rockstar promotion
You can find the code on the inside of the can’s tab.
- Now visit the official Rockstar site (link opens a new page)
- and log in with your Bungie account.
- Now enter the code in the designated field. Done.
Important information about the in-game rewards:
- Per account, you can enter a maximum of 24 codes for in-game loot.
- Each code entered unlocks in-game content in the form of engrams. The rewards are therefore engrams that may contain weapons and armor pieces. It is not known what quality these items will have in Destiny 2. This image has been published:
- Per person, a maximum of three engrams per week can be redeemed. So, you cannot overwhelm your Guardian directly with engrams when you start in Destiny 2.
- The engrams can be redeemed until March 1, 2018.

Additional Prizes
With each redeemed code, you also get a chance at further prizes. Rockstar raffles daily and weekly prizes as well as a grand prize. For each code, you will receive one “chance.” There is no maximum for these chances – you can redeem as many codes as you want.
- The daily prize is a “Destiny 2 Limited Edition”
- The weekly prize: A PS4 Pro along with a “Destiny 2 Collector’s Edition” – three winners every week
- Grand prize: Three winners will each receive a Husqvarna motorcycle in the Destiny 2 design:
Note: On the German Rockstar site, different prizes are listed. Although the images for the daily and weekly prizes are identical, it is mentioned in the fine print about 3x Digital versions of Destiny 2 (daily prize), 3x Bundle consisting of PS4 and Destiny 2 (weekly) and a motorcycle in the Destiny design. It seems that the German Guardians are receiving different prizes. However, this is communicated confusingly and inaccurately by Rockstar.
