Your Titan needs this to fly
In principle, any subclass of the Titan is suitable for flying. The important thing is that the Catapult Glide is selected as the jump focus.
Before your Titan can take to the skies, he first needs the following equipment:
- The exotic boots Unyielding Lion
- A sword with high ammunition capacity and an upward whip as an attack.
The “Fate of the Betrayer” or the raid sword “She Stared Back” are excellent for this. The equipped sword requires Power Ammo.
Once you have everything together, your Titan is now ready for takeoff.
How to make your Titan fly
For practice, it is advisable to first find a suitable area with many elevations. The area “The Cistern” on Nessus is ideal for your first flight attempts.
Once you have positioned yourself on an elevation – preferably in front of an abyss – you can start without further ado. Here’s how to fly:
- You start with a simple jump. The important thing is that you do not trigger a double jump, thus initiating the Catapult Glide. A simple hop is enough.
- When you reach the highest point during the jump, immediately perform a sword attack. Wait until the sword swing animation is over (about 1 second).
- Now press the jump button again. This activates the Catapult Glide.
- As soon as you start losing height and momentum while gliding, perform another sword swing.
- Now continue the combination of jump and sword swing as long as you like or as long as the Power Ammo supply allows.
The sword swing propels you forward, while the exotic boots and the Catapult Glide provide the necessary height.
Once you have got the hang of it, flying feels intuitive and easy. Now, no great abyss can hold you back.
