On November 14, the third challenge in the Leviathan raid was unlocked. This leads into the Garden of Salvation, where you will face royal beasts, the “dogs”.
The Garden of Salvation challenge is described by the community as “very easy”, especially when played in normal mode. However, the challenge is also available in Prestige mode.
Solution for the raid challenge in the Garden of Salvation
To complete the challenge, you must meet one requirement:
- During each “stealth phase”, a Guardian may only shoot at a flower once.
This means that both Prism weapon bearers may activate only one flower each to build the buff. If a Guardian shoots at a flower a second time, the challenge fails. This will be indicated with the message “Challenge failed” at the lower left corner of the screen:
How do I best approach this challenge?
The best method:
- Defeat the dogs in one phase with a buff of x24. This is achieved by activating two flowers. With the right weapons, the damage output in normal mode is sufficient. Throw grenades, rockets, and everything you have at the beasts and you will complete the challenge in about 3 minutes.
Alternatively, you can proceed as follows:
- Defeat the dogs in multiple phases (two should definitely be enough). Build a buff of x24 each time, deal damage to the dogs, meet in the safe room, and repeat. The Prism weapon bearers can be kept, you do not need to switch them. After each phase, the requirement for the challenge resets. Only during one phase may the same Guardian shoot at more than one flower.
- It is also possible for you to meet in the safe room during one phase and swap the Prism weapon bearers. Just don’t get caught by the dogs.
