New PS4-exclusive content is coming to Destiny 2. This is brought by the DLC Curse of Osiris.
On December 5, 2017, the first expansion of Destiny 2, Curse of Osiris, will be released. This continues the Guardian adventure on PS4, Xbox One, and PC by introducing new story content, new items, and new activities.
As announced via the PlayStation Blog, PS4 Guardians will receive additional time-exclusive content: They will get a PvP map that Guardians on Xbox One and PC will have to wait for until at least fall 2018.
What kind of PlayStation-exclusive map is this?
Community Manager DeeJ states that Guardians on PS4 can dive into a brand-new Crucible map that can only be found on PlayStation. He does not provide further details.
Currently, Paris Games Week is underway, where Bungie is also present. Several sources on-site report that this new map is called “Wormhaven” and is set on Titan. More specifically, in the New Pacific Arcology – a place with really cool design.

This is not the first PS4-exclusive content in Destiny 2. Right at launch, exclusive content, such as an exotic sniper, a strike, and a PvP map was introduced. With Curse of Osiris, this list will grow.
It is still unknown whether the Wormhaven map will remain the only new PS4-exclusive content or if more content will be announced before the launch of Curse of Osiris. So far, Bungie has only mentioned this map.
Several months ago, Activision stated that all PS4 exclusives of Destiny 2 would remain exclusive until at least fall 2018. Shortly thereafter, however, Game Director Luke Smith explained that the “at least” could be disregarded. These contents would also come to Xbox One and PC before the end of 2018. It is likely this timeframe also applies to the exclusives from Curse of Osiris.
