We will explicitly explain to you how to complete the first step “Back Entrance” in the new exotic quest “Make Bows, Not War” for the new exotic bow Leviathan’s Breath and find Banshee’s hidden workshop in Destiny 2.
What is the new exotic quest about? In Destiny 2, many Guardians are currently hunting for the new exotic bow Leviathan’s Breath.
If you want to have this new weapon exotic, you need to master the new exotic quest “Make Bows, Not War”. Owners of Shadowkeep or the standalone Season Pass for the Season of Dawn have received this quest since the Weekly Reset on October 22 from the weapon master Banshee-44 in the Tower.
Why is the quest step “Back Entrance” explained separately? The first quest step of “Make Bows, Not War” is called “Back Entrance”. There, the Guardians are supposed to find the hidden entrance to Banshee’s workshop.
And exactly this step of the otherwise relatively simple quest poses problems for many Guardians. Because there are not many clues.
In the quest, it merely says that you should look around in the Tower hangar. Because the deceased leader of the Hunter Vanguard, Cayde-6, apparently knew something about it. And he often hung out in the hangar.
The step does not specify exactly where you should search. No markers point you in the right direction. And the hangar is really large. We took this as an opportunity to show you the exact way to Banshee’s workshop.
The Back Entrance – This is the way to Banshee’s workshop
Get the quest: If you don’t have it yet, first get the corresponding quest from the weapon master Banshee-44. Then you’ll move right on to the “Back Entrance” step. Now go to the hangar of the Tower.
Here’s how to get to the workshop:
- Once you arrive in the hangar, turn right and take the first staircase up.
- Run all the way up and then keep to the right.
- Follow the path of the platform to the roof of the building, where the faction representative of the future War Cult is located.
- Now run left along the edge and jump to the platform that is right in front of you, over the entrance to the hangar.
- Now continue into the open ventilation shaft.
- Once you are in the room with the reddish neon lighting, turn 180 degrees and go through the door to the opening in the floor.
- Let yourself fall and follow the corridor for a few meters until you can climb out again. Now you are in a room overlooking the main spawn zone of the Tower.
- Now go through the open door and follow the corridor until you reach a storage room.
- Walk between the two shelves and jump onto the blue box.
- Now turn around and jump onto the left shelf, above which you see an open ventilation shaft.
- Then jump into this shaft and follow the corridor until the second left turn. This will take you into a large vertical ventilation shaft.
- Now jump from platform to platform upward until you reach another narrow ventilation shaft.
- Crawl in there and follow its path. This will lead you directly to Banshee’s workshop, where you will also find the bow in a locked weapon cabinet. That is your goal.
This is how the quest continues: If you interact with the cabinet, the quest step is completed, you will receive the next one and now must return to Banshee.
Although you can leave the room through an opening in the wall, it is fastest if you simply use the fast travel function to the spawn zone in the Tower directly next to Banshee. Then the quest will continue self-explanatory.
